File your Articles of Organization/Certificate of Formation/Certificate of Organization.
STEP 4.
Create an operating agreement.
STEP 5.
Apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Some providers offer $0 or “starter” packages under $99. They almost never include the operating agreement template, which is the sole governing document of your business, or the Employer ID Number, which is required to open a bank account for your business. When they add these two critical components, the fee is almost always at least $199 and can cost over $299.
