Background

• Hometown: I grew up in Arlington, Texas, a place known for housing the Dallas Cowboys & Texas Rangers!

• Education: I studied Business Management and Marketing at the University of Texas at Arlington, where I developed a passion for connecting with others. It’s always fascinating when you initiate a conversation with someone and how the opportunity to learn can present itself in a new light. You have the opportunity of gaining wisdom and receiving guidance, or even clarity concerning a situation. I met amazing people, students, and professors during my four years of schooling.

• Current Role: Currently, I work as the Chief of Staff to James Cole, Jr. at The Jasco Group, where I act as a strategic advisor, financial analyst, and confidant to James. I also manage the Jasco Group’s operations. I am also the Program Supervisor for the Jasco Philanthropies Internship Program. In both roles, I play a crucial part in enhancing organizational efficiency and providing leadership to achieve strategic objectives.

• Previous Experience: Before this, I was working in the Hospitality Industry. I worked at Airbnb in the role of Guest Support. It was not a pleasurable experience. I did not understand it then, but I can see how that role was preparing me for my current role. Even when you don’t know it God is always working; never discount an experience, it’s only a stepping stone toward the greatness you want to achieve!

Personal Interests

• Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy cooking / baking. I love hosting dinner parties with my friends and family. Cooking helps me to de-stress and remember the important values/factors of my life. Sometimes when your inner world gets chaotic, it’s good to be around people who love, support, and bring you back to a secure foundation.

• Favorite Books/Movies/Shows: I’m a big fan of movies, I do not have a list of favorite movies to name at this time, but my favorite genres are: Comedy, Romance, and Action!

Fun Facts

• Quirky Trait: One thing people might not know about me is that I used to run an Ariana Grande / One Direction fan page on Instagram. I was heavily into the fandom community for some time back in 2015 and 2016.

• Dreams/Goals: I aspire to travel the world. I want to see God’s creation in its totality. Before I settle down and become a wife & mother, I would love to visit several countries, learn different languages, taste different kinds of food, and learn about different cultures and people. I believe we only get one go around in life and I want to make it count.
